The application carries no obligation. It is used solely to assess the feasibility of financing based on your situation and the value of the collateral.

Review and meeting with a representative
Once the review is complete and a financing option has been selected, an Altia Capital representative will reach out to walk you through the proposed terms.
If needed, a meeting will be arranged to sign the required preliminary documents.

Notarial signing and disbursement
Once all conditions are met, the mortgage loan deed is signed before a notary.
Funds are then released in accordance with the terms set out in the contract.
